Refund Policy

At Sacred Grove Healing Arts Center, we strive to ensure a satisfying experience for all participants and customers. Please review our general refund policy below, applicable to classes, workshops, certification training, retreats and products:

For Classes and Workshops

  • No Refunds: Payments for workshops and classes are non-refundable. However, you may apply the amount paid, minus a $5 processing fee, as credit toward another workshop or class of your choice.

  • Cancellations by Sacred Grove: If a workshop or class is canceled by Sacred Grove Healing Arts Center, we will issue a full refund for all payments made.

  • No-Show Policy: A "no-show" is defined as failing to attend a scheduled workshop or class without providing prior notification. Please note that no-shows are not eligible for refunds or credit transfers under any circumstances.

  • Credit Transfers for Non-Attendance: If you are unable to attend a workshop or class, you may transfer your payment as credit toward a future offering. Notification must be provided at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date.

  • Emergency Exceptions: In the event of a medical or family emergency that prevents participation, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to accommodate your needs.

For Certification Trainings and Retreats

  • Non-Refundable Deposits: All deposits for Certification Trainings and retreats are non-refundable. Deposits secure your spot and cover administrative and planning costs.

  • Refunds for Cancellations by Participants: If you cancel your participation, any payments made beyond the deposit may be refunded as follows:

    • 60 days or more before the start date: Full refund of payments made (excluding the non-refundable deposit).

    • 30–59 days before the start date: 50% refund of payments made (excluding the non-refundable deposit).

    • Less than 30 days before the start date: No refunds will be issued.

  • Cancellations by Sacred Grove Healing Arts Center: In the event that the Certification Training or retreat is canceled by Sacred Grove Healing Arts Center, all payments, including deposits, will be fully refunded.

  • Credit Transfers: If you are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, you may apply your payment as credit toward a future training or retreat, subject to availability and approval. Please notify us at least 30 days in advance to request a credit transfer.

Products

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged product, you may return it for a full refund or exchange. Contact us within 14 days of receiving the item to initiate the return process.

  • Conditions for Returns: Products must be returned in their original packaging and in an unused condition. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for returning shipping costs for defective or damaged products.

  • Processing Time for Refunds: Refunds for products will be processed within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Compliance with Connecticut State Law: This policy complies with all applicable laws and regulations in the State of Connecticut. Any additional consumer rights mandated by state law will be honored.
