Making fire cider is a long-standing herbal tradition, using a great old thyme recipe. This herbal remedy combines vinegar, herbs, and veggies and is considered both medicinal and a food. It may boost the natural health processes, stimulate digestion, increase circulation, and help warm you up on those cold, winter days. Topics of discussion include history of fire cider, it’s importance to everyday living, properties of each item used, benefits, and storage. We will be making the cider as we come together during the class. List of supplies will be emailed upon registration. This course is offered via zoom.
