Introduction to Fire Tending

  • Windham, CT New London (map)

Fire tenders are an integral part to any firewalking event.  Creating a partnership with the Spirit of Fire is about understanding the fire within; allowing one to step into a sacred contract and begin to work with fire on a spiritual level. Tending the fire is about nurturing, witnessing, honoring, and acknowledging this ancient element of life. Learn the Trilogy mythology, anatomy of fire, safety, and tools needed to tend fire in a sacred way. Learn how to hold a container allowing those who walk a safe place to do their work.

If this ignites a spark within you to work with fire, to hold the container for others who walk, and be a witness to the transformation that can happen then Fire tending is for you. There are opportunities for Fire tenders to walk fire or become a Firewalk Facilitator hosting firewalk events for others.
